Pasture Raised Pork

Our pigs are 1/2 Mangalitsa, and 1/2 Berkshire.  We raise our pigs on a diet of organic vegetable scraps from local restaurants, as well as non GMO grain, purchased from a local company in Glenn, CA.  The combination of our breed of pigs, access to quality vegetables and forage, as well as supplemental feed results in wonderful flavor and marbling of our pork.
